  I had a bad experience at this location. We made a decision to upgrade phones at this location and we proceeded to get our phone information transferred. This process took several hours because they couldn’t get the transfer done in a “normal” fashion. We had to go to an appointment and when we returned to get the phone we were assured that that phone numbers from our old phone had transferred. We looked at the contacts and saw names, but didn’t open them. When we got home, we realized that the contacts didn’t actually have phone numbers. I called the store just in time to get our old phone saved from being wiped. We drove back to Pueblo the next day (90 miles round trip). When we arrived, the person helping us stated that she told us the day before that the numbers didn’t transfer – which of course did not occur. She took no responsibility for any of this issue or our inconvenience. The fact that we had to drive back to Pueblo and then sit there and write out all of our contacts was of no interest or concern to anyone in the store. The fact that we spent three hours the second day dealing with this error was apparently just the cost of doing business there. If you use this location…. Check you data carefully before you leave!!
