  Dropped off my weed eater to be repair. Waited a week and didn't here anything. When in and asked the progress on it. They told me they haven't even got to it yet. He told he was going to look at it that day and call me. Didn't here anything for four days. Went back in to check and they said they still haven't looked at it and told me they would look at that day. I told I just wanted a refund. They put in the computer that I paid cash when I paid with a card. They lost the paper work with my credit card information on. I still haven't got my refund back.
