  Manuel Aguilera came out to unclog a pipe that had backed up all over our garage and into our crawl space. It had clogged 6 or 7 times in the past 12 years, so we had spent a lot of time and money on it. After he rotorooted it, it worked well but then a few days later the system clogged again. Within an hour of my calling Rotorooter back, during Thanksgiving weekend, he came back to the house, at no charge; he looked over the entire system, diagnosed the problem, spent two hours draining various pipes, and broke up the main clog, which was in a place the previous plumbers had not thought of. He will return soon to revise the pipes so this will not happen again. He is one smart guy!
