  I know that customers are quick to complain and rarely express gratitude for exceptional performance by company employees. My experience from the time I placed the call to completion of the work was incredible. I cannot say enough about the technician Mark. He was on time, came prepared and very thorough. I praise his expertise and professionalism. He even took time to explain everything to me, showed me how to change the filters, explained the age and type of furnace and when to schedule regular maintenance. The furnace works like new at what I felt was a reasonable cost. Thank you One-Hour for perfect service.

  Our furnace stopped working so I called one hour heating and air conditioning they sent a tech out and he didn't seem like he knew what he was doing after checking over the heater he sold me an igniter for 289 dollars on top of the 99 dollars to come to my house. That didn't fix the heater so he started calling people on the company asking for opinions and they narrowed it down to a flame sensor which was another 289 dollars but they didnt have it on him and needed to get it the next day. He made me pay 540 dollars up front so he could get the part tomorrow I said fine figuring it would fix the heater and it was cold. He came back the next day put the new heat sensor in and said it still wasn't working. After about an hour of calling around and acting like he didnt know what was going on he says well looks like you need an inducer motor which is an additional 789 dollars plus my boss wants me to clean your heater.( so if I do all of this I'm sitting at 1600 dollars to fox my heater) I told him no lets see how much a new heater will cost. Sends a salesmen out that guy tries to charge me 4,000 to 6,000 dollars for a new one but our 540 conveniently could be put as a down payment haha. told him no we couldn't do that asked if there was anything they could do about the 540 dollars that was charged for nothing he said no and if we went somewhere else we would have to eat that amount. So we get another guy out to check out the heater he says the inducer motor is fine lets try a electric board. We put a board in still nothing he couldnt figure it out. After a lot of looking around he finds that the brand new heat sensor looks like its plugged in but its just shoved in the connector but not plugged in. Are you kidding me!!!!! So we plug it in how it is supposed to be and it works perfectly fine he said that was definitely intentional and I probably didnt even need the heat sensor just the igniter and would have been fine. This company is a complete rip off and completely screwed is out of 540 dollars for absolutely nothing and tried to get more out of us by acting like something was plugged in when it was just shoved together. I'm completely disgusted that people would ever do this and highly advise no-one use this place ever!!!!!!!
