  Been Self Employed nearly 20 years. This is hands down the worst contract a company has ever sold/written on me. Add that to simply terrible service and communication and a review is well deserved. Oh sure....YES I personally signed the contract...no doubt my fault...BUT the terms of this were over the top. Have now paid over $6k for a copier worth $300. Put that on top of $30 an hour phone service even though you pay a monthly service contract AND no response to emails from management (ignoring is classless)....well I don't burn bridges in business...But this one is charbroiled. Word to the wise...READ your contract carefully with this company. What is said and in writing is far apart...and I could go on and on. Gave two stars because the service tech (the one time in two years) was excellent. Have no idea where this company fits in the market...simply shouldn't happen in the market in 2017...I won't get over this one in quite some time.
