  The entire place shuts down for lunch for an hour from 12:00 to 1pm. Would have been good to know ahead of time. It would be even better if you modernized your scheduling of phlebotomists so you could prevent an hour office closure every single day. First time in my life that I've ever seen this sort of thing at a lab. The front desk staff woman was huffy. The clock said it was 4 of noon and she replied "my computer says noon" in a very condescending manner.
