  I've been boarding my 17 year old ex racehorse with Rik for almost a year now and he has had the best care and looks the best he's ever looked in my eleven years of owning him. For the first time since owning him his feet are in near perfect condition and his weight is the best I have ever seen it. I have not struggled to keep weight on him at all. The property is beautiful and there are so many amenities for the price. The place is quiet and drama free, I've never had an issue with anyone there. They have three outdoor arenas, two indoor arenas, and two indoor round pens as well as trails that go for miles. I've been to three different boarding facilities since I've moved to Colorado and Rik's Ranch has been hands down the best of all of them. You will not find a more caring couple than Rik and his wife and Cal, their stable hand.
