  I'm sick and tired of all the scam calls and text I'm getting. When you call boost they say you have to download a blocking app. That's ridiculous. They apparently give your number out to any and everyone to call. I've gotten 10 scam calls yesterday and more than that on a regular week day. Rather have deal service with metro then have to deal with this on a daily basis!!

  I was in the boost mobile store on located at 963 W US Highway 50 in Pueblo, CO on 1/22/18 Rosalind J. The store rep was to put both my lines on the daily plan, she assured me that everything would transition over with no issues. I wake up and only one line was switched over. I had to call customer care and get the other line switched over due to the store rep not doing her job. I then call the store today 1/23/18, the young lady who answered the phone was kind of rude not understanding my issue. I want it to be addressed by their owner. I am ready to switch back to my original service provider.
